北浜一丁目の調査ポイントについて説明します。北浜一丁目１丁目は、東西に長い所で800m、南北に長い所で200mです。東側が、南の方向に少し曲がっています。現在の状況を正確に調査します。調査ポイントといたしましては、エリア内にある飲食店や店舗、事務所、公共施設、行楽スポット、観光スポットなどが中心となります。

調査報告書（北浜一丁目）
北浜一丁目の周辺について、探偵1日料金を３時間調査39.800円（当社料金）と仮定して調査してきましたのでご報告します。北浜一丁目の北側を東西に走る道路は、土佐堀通り（交互通行）です。西側を南北に走る道路は堺筋（北向きの一方通行）です。
I would like to report that I have investigated the area around Kitahama 1-chome, assuming that the detective fee for one day is 39.800 yen (our fee) for 3 hours. The road that runs east to west on the north side of Kitahama 1-chome is Tosabori-dori (alternating traffic). The road running north-south on the west side is Sakaisuji (northward one-way street).
最寄り駅は、京阪電車の北浜駅です。徒歩1分と超アクセスがいいです。地上に上がりましたら、大阪証券取引所（大阪市中央区北浜１丁目８−１６）の建物があります。ビルの正面に、五代友厚さんの像がこちらを見て立っています。その前を東西に走る道路（土佐堀通り）の両サイドがエリアとなります。
The nearest station is Kitahama Station on the Keihan Railway. 1 minute walk and very accessible. Once you are on the ground, you will find the building of the Osaka Stock Exchange (1-8-16 Kitahama, Chuo-ku, Osaka). A statue of Tomoatsu Godai stands in front of the building looking at you. The area is on both sides of the road (Tosabori-dori) that runs east to west in front of it.
観光スポットといたしましては、エリアの北側を大川（天満川）が流れております。その上にかかる橋がライオン橋といいます。橋の上からは、大阪遊覧船が行き交うのを見学することができます。東の方向は天満橋。西の方向は中ノ島。眺めは最高です。わたしのおすすめのスポットです。
As for sightseeing spots, the Okawa (Temma River) runs through the north side of the area. The bridge over it is called Lion Bridge. From the top of the bridge, you can watch the Osaka pleasure boats come and go. To the east is Temmabashi. To the west is Nakanoshima. The view is great. This is my recommended spot.
飲食店、店舗は、土佐堀通りの両サイドに建ち並んでいるビルの１階に入居されています。上の階や地下にも入居されているお店もあります。大阪証券取引所の１階、地下に飲食店が複数入居されています。ということで、北浜一丁目のエリアはそんなに広くはありませんが、観光スポットもありますす。
Restaurants and shops are located on the 1st floor of the buildings on both sides of Tosabori Street. Some shops are also located on the upper floors and basements. There are several restaurants in the basement of the first floor of the Osaka Stock Exchange. So, Kitahama 1-chome area is not so big, but there are some sightseeing spots.
飲食店の数や質は、他の地域には負けておりません。大阪にお越しの際は、ぜひ、北浜一丁目へお立ち寄りくださいませ。ありがとうございました。
