谷町一丁目について、探偵1日料金を３時間調査39.800円（当社料金）と仮定して調査してきましたのでご報告します。谷町一丁目の交差点から南の方向へと坂道を上がっていったところまでがエリアとなります。坂道は距離は短いですが、結構な傾斜があります。
Regarding Tanimachi 1-chome, we have been investigating assuming that the detective fee for one day is 39.800 yen (our company fee) for 3 hours, so we will report it. The area is from the Tanimachi 1-chome intersection to the point where you go up the slope in the south direction. The slope is short, but has a steep slope.
谷町一丁目には、雑居ビルが集中していて１階には飲食店や店舗が入っています。上層階には企業の支店や事業所、事務所関係が入居されています。そういうことで、平日の日中はビルを出入りされる方や飲食店や店舗を利用される方らが目立ちます。
In Tanimachi 1-chome, multi-tenant buildings are concentrated, and restaurants and shops are on the first floor. The upper floors are occupied by corporate branches, offices, and offices. 地下鉄/京阪電車の天満橋駅から徒歩1分ということもあって、電車が到着するたびに駅から人が上がって来られるし、その反対に、電車を利用するために駅に下りて行かれる人らで混雑してしまって、舗道を歩いていたら非常に歩きにくい瞬間がありました。

谷町筋沿いに人が集中する傾向にあります。ブロックの中はというと、人はあまり多くはありませんがクルマやバイク、自転車がちょこちょこ通るのでそっちの方が気になってしまいます。一方通行になっているので、クルマやバイクは来る方向を注意してればいい。しかし、自転車には要注意です。ありがとうございました。
