西天満一丁目の周辺について、探偵1日料金を３時間調査39.800円（当社料金）と仮定して調査してきましたのでご報告します。歴史は、江戸時代以来の市街地で、天満堀川以西の地域を指していました。明治時代には、天満堀川が埋め立てられて阪神高速道路になりました。

昭和53年（1978年）には、天満一丁目から四丁目に加え、天満橋、東天満、西天満、天神西町の町名が生まれました。

西天満一丁目には、土佐堀川・中之島公園・堂島川に架かる「難波橋」があります。この橋は大正4年（1915年）に架けられたもので、橋の両サイドにライオンの像が置かれています。

難波橋は、大正4年（1915年）に完成しました。橋の両サイドには、阿と吽のライオン像が4体あります。ライオン像は天岡均一という彫刻家が作ったもので、高さは165cmです。難波橋は「ライオン橋」とも呼ばれています。
