大阪の玄関口・キタエリアのランドマークとして親しまれてきました2。2023年夏に建て替えが予定されているようです。大阪マルビルは、1976年4月に誕生した円形の超高層ビルで、当時は大阪・梅田のどこからでも姿を見ることができる周辺で唯一の高層ビルでした。
