新しい施設で館内は綺麗で木の温もりもありました。展望台から見渡す景色はたいへん美しく気持ち良かった。展望台からの景色がとても綺麗でいい思い出になりました。春に行くと桜並木をみることができます。広々していて結構楽しめます。

近畿地方のお花見スポット№1の｢淀川河川公園背割堤（せわりてい）地区｣を高さ約25ｍの展望塔から眺めることができるおすすめスポット。新しい施設で、この辺りの新たな観光スポットになっています。少しですが、物品の販売もされています。

A recommended spot where you can see the No. 1 cherry blossom viewing spot in the region, “Yodogawa River Park Sewari District”, from the observation tower about 25 meters high. It is a new facility and has become a new tourist attraction in this area. There are also goods for sale, albeit a little.

飲料とアイスの自販機があるのでサイクリングの休憩に便利です。弁当なども販売していますので、休憩時におすすめです。ゆっくりできました。さくらであい館は背割堤（せわりてい）の近くに建つ観光周遊拠点でした。展望台からは京都の街並みを見ることができて最高でした。

There is a vending machine for drinks and ice cream, so it is convenient to take a break from cycling. Lunch boxes are also sold, so it is recommended when you take a break. I was able to do it slowly. Sakura Deaikan was a sightseeing base built near Sewarai. It was great to be able to see the cityscape of Kyoto from the observatory.
