谷町四丁目駅（地下鉄谷町線）の所在地は、大阪市中央区谷町３丁目３です。 道路はといいますと、谷町筋（東天満～天王寺）の谷町三丁目の交差点になります。その交差点の四つ角に、それぞれ出口が設けられております。今回は、その四つの出口付近について調査しました。

Tanimachi Yonchome Station (Subway Tanimachi Line) is located at 3-3 Tanimachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka. As for the road, it will be the intersection of Tanimachi 3-chome on Tanimachi-suji (Higashi Temma – Tennoji). There are exits at each of the four corners of the intersection. 調査報告書（谷町四丁目駅）

谷町四丁目駅の周辺を調査してきましたので報告いたします。

I have investigated the area around Tanimachi 4-chome Station, so I will report it.

代表的なところは、家庭裁判所である。大阪市内にお住いのご夫婦が利用される。自分らでは解決できない問題は家庭裁判所の調停制度を活用することで解決することができるのである。

A typical example is the Family Court. Used by couples living in Osaka city. Problems that cannot be resolved by themselves can be resolved by utilizing the arbitration system of family courts.

平日の朝9時～午後5時まで、次から次と、奥さんと弁護士さんが先に来て待ち合わせ室で神妙な顔で打ち合わせをされている。旦那はというと、時間ギリギリに来て涼しい顔をしてエレベータで上がっていく。

旦那が別居してしまって別居先がわからない場合とか、他社の調査が失敗し旦那が警戒して証拠が撮れなくなった場合に活用する方法である。

This is a method that can be used when the husband has separated and the place of separation is unknown, or when an investigation by another company has failed and the husband is wary and unable to take evidence.

別居先は、弁護士や裁判官に聞いても教えてくれない。しかし、証拠を撮ろうとすれば別居先を確認する必要があるからだ。まあ、うちに依頼がある調査はそんな調査が非常に多い。

Even if I ask a lawyer or a judge where I live separately, they won’t tell me. However, if you want to take evidence, you need to confirm where you live separately. Well, there are a lot of such investigations that we receive requests from.

あと、他社が失敗したり、バレたりすると警戒して女性と会わなくなる。しかし、調停の日は別だ。旦那は会社やお店には行かずに女性の待つところへと行くわけである。

Also, if other companies fail or find out, they will be wary and will not meet with women. But arbitration day is different. The husband does not go to the company or the shop, but goes to where the woman is waiting.

女性も調停の事が気になるし、旦那もムシャクシャするし、しばらくホテルに行ってないので我慢の限界というわけである。こんな話しを旦那や女性が聞いたらどう思うだろうか。

The woman is worried about the mediation, the husband is irritated, and since he hasn’t been to the hotel for a while, he’s at the limit of his patience. What would you think if your husband or a woman heard such a story?

ただ、第1回調停は旦那は出廷しなくてもいいわけである。弁護士だけでもいいし、その弁護士も出廷しなくてもいいのである。家庭裁判所に聞いても、旦那が出廷するかどうかは教えてくれない。

It’s just that the husband doesn’t have to appear in court for the first mediation. A lawyer alone is fine, and the lawyer does not have to appear in court. Even if I ask the family court, they won’t tell me whether my husband will appear in court.

わたしは旦那が第1回調停にやってくると仮定して、家庭裁判所の待合室で待機するようにしてる。来なければ、次の調停には必ずやってくるので心配はない。

Assuming that my husband will come to the first mediation, I will wait in the waiting room of the family court. If he doesn’t come, he will definitely come to the next mediation, so don’t worry.

そうして、別居先と証拠をゲットできれば、旦那と女性に慰謝料請求する。

Then, if you can get the evidence and where to live separately, claim alimony from your husband and woman.

慰謝料請求も、同じ家庭裁判所でやることになる。状況によれば、離婚調停中に慰謝料請求できる場合もある。そうなれば、旦那の主張が全部覆ることになるわけだ。

Claims for alimony will also be handled in the same family court. Depending on the situation, you may be able to claim alimony during the divorce mediation. If that happens, the husband’s allegations will be overturned.

それまでは、旦那は離婚理由を奥さんの責任だと主張してても、それは真っ赤なウソで、旦那の浮気だとわかり奥さんの完全勝利が決定する。旦那は慰謝料を払わないとならなくなるというわけだ。

Until then, even if the husband claims that the reason for the divorce is the wife’s responsibility, it is a bright lie, and the wife’s complete victory is decided when it is revealed that the husband is unfaithful. Husband will have to pay alimony.

逆転満塁ホームランは気持ちいい。探偵をやっていて、これが一番気持ちいいのである。
