Sai Station
京都市中京区にある京福電気鉄道の停留場です。
It is a stop of the Keifuku Electric Railway in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City.
この駅は、嵐電（京福電気鉄道）の嵐山本線に位置しています。
Randen (Keifuku Electric Railway) Arashiyama Main Line
嵐電は、阪急の駅と同じ名前を持っていますが、呼び名が異なります。阪急は「さいいん駅」と読みますが、嵐電は「さい駅」と読みます。
Randen has the same name as the Hankyu station, but the name is different. Hankyu is read as “Saiin Station”, while Randen is read as “Sai Station”.

嵐電は、👦
Randen
京都唯一の路面電車で、嵐山のメインストリート・長辻通沿いにあります。この駅は頭端式３面３線の終着駅で、第４回近畿の駅百選にも選ばれています。
It is the only tram in Kyoto and is located along Nagatsuji-dori, the main street of Arashiyama. This station is the terminus of the three-sided, three-line head-end type and has been selected as one of the 100 best stations in in the 4th edition.

四条大宮から、嵐山へ向かうのに利用しました。阪急でも嵐山へ向かうことはできますが、嵯峨野方面へは、こちらの電車の方が近くて便利です。太秦広隆寺付近はいい感じの写真が撮れますが、午前の方が順光で綺麗に写ると思います。
I used it to go from Shijo Omiya to Arashiyama. You can also take Hankyu to Arashiyama, but this train is closer and more convenient to Sagano. You can take a nice photo near Uzumasa Koryuji Temple, but I think it will be more beautiful in the morning with good light.
「嵐電」と呼ばれることの方が多いですが、ワンマンバスのように後ろの入り口から入って、降りるときに運転席の後ろにある機械で運賃を払う形です。５００円の一日乗車券を利用しました。
It is more often called “Randen”, but it is a form of entering through the back entrance like a one-man bus, and paying the fare with the machine behind the driver’s seat when you get off. I used a 500 yen one-day pass.
神社仏閣その他施設での入場割引やちょっとしたお土産がもらえたりしてお得ですよ。嵐山の駅ではチケットは券売機で買いますが、特典のチケットがついたパンフレットは案内所でもらいますので、もらい忘れないように！
You can get discounts on admission to shrines, temples, and other facilities, as well as small souvenirs. At Arashiyama Station, you can buy tickets at the ticket vending machine, but don’t forget to get a pamphlet with a special ticket at the information desk!
西院駅の利用については、上りと下りのホームが道路を挟んで反対側にあり、離れているので気をつけないと離れた横断歩道を渡らないとホームに行けません。
As for using Sai Station, the up and down platforms are on opposite sides of the road, and they are far away, so if you are not careful, you will have to cross a pedestrian crossing to get to the platform.
