石清水八幡宮へのアクセス方法は、京都駅から近鉄電車「丹波橋駅」またはJR「東福寺駅」に乗り換えて、京阪電気鉄道「石清水八幡宮駅」で下車することができます。また、参道ケーブル「八幡宮口駅」から「八幡宮山上駅」へ乗り換えて徒歩5分で到着できます。

To get to Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine, you can transfer from Kyoto Station to the Kintetsu train “Tambabashi Station” or JR “Tofukuji Station” and get off at the Keihan Electric Railway “Iwashimizu Hachimangu Station”. 京阪本線の石清水八幡宮駅といえば、石清水八幡宮が有名です。山の手までは車でもいけます。境内本殿は寛永年間に造られたものらしく、国宝に指定されているようです。

Speaking of Iwa Shimizu Hachimangu Station on the Keihan Main Line, Iwa Shimizu Hachimangu is famous. You can also drive to the mountainside. The main shrine of the precincts seems to have been built during the Kanei period and seems to be designated as a national treasure.

京阪電車の石清水八幡宮駅を下車　ケーブルでのアクセスも良いですが、私は参道を歩いて行きました　参拝客も少なく空気も澄んでいて命の洗濯が出来ました。帰りには鳥居横の名物の走り井餅を頂き、大満足の一日でした。

京阪電車の車窓からよく眺めてはいたのですが、なかなか行く機会がなく、平日だったのでそんなに混んでなく、駅に着いてからなんだか雰囲気が観光気分に浸れてリフレッシュできました。

I used to look at it from the window of the Keihan train, but I didn’t have a chance to go there, and it was a weekday, so it wasn’t so crowded, and after arriving at the station, the atmosphere was refreshing and I felt like a tourist.
