慶応3年（1867年）6月から11月にかけて、熱烈な勤王（きんのう）主義者である孝明天皇の御陵衛士（ごりょうえじ）であった伊東甲子太郎（いとうかしたろう）を含む15人が屯所（とんしょ）とした場所です。
From June to November 1867, 15 people, including Ito Koshitaro, who was a member of the Imperial Guards of Emperor Komei, an ardent Kinno, made it a camp.

御陵衛士屯所跡（ごりょうえじとんしょあと）は、京都市東山区下河原町にあり、高台寺月真院（げっしんいん）内に位置しています。
Goryoeji is located in Shimogawaramachi, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto, in the Geshinin temple of Kodaiji.
ねねの道沿いの東側にあります。幕末に御陵衛士（ごりょうえじ）の屯所（とんしょ）になっていました。門前にはそれについて書かれた石碑と立て札があります。
It is located on the east side along the Nene Road. At the end of the Edo period, it became a tomb of Goryoeji. There is a stone monument and a plaque in front of the gate.
アクセス方法として、京阪祇園四条駅から徒歩約13分、阪急京都河原町駅から徒歩約15分で訪れることができます。
As for how to get there, you can visit it in about 13 minutes on foot from Keihan Gion Shijo Station and about 15 minutes on foot from Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station.
階段を登ったところに駐車場があり、遠くに霊山観音が見えました。
There was a parking lot at the top of the stairs, and I could see Lingshan Kannon in the distance.
