京都市東山区泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）山内町にある真言宗泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）派の寺院です。
It is a temple of the Shingon sect of Sennyuji sect located in Yamauchi-cho, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto.
総本山である泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）の塔頭（たっちゅう）であり、本尊は聖観音です。洛陽（らくよう）三十三所観音霊場の第18番札所としても知られています。
It is the main temple of Sennyuji Temple, and the main temple is Saint Kannon. It is also known as the 18th temple of the 33 Guanyin Sacred Places in Luoyang.

We would like to report that we have been investigating Zennoji Temple assuming that the daily fee for a detective is 39.800 yen (our fee) for a 3-hour survey.

この寺は、弘仁14年（823年）に空海が稲荷大明神 荼枳尼天（だきにてん）を祀って寺の名称を善能寺（ぜんのうじ）に改めたとされています。
It is said that in the 14th year of Konin (823), Kukai changed the name of the temple to Zennoji Temple in honor of the Inari Daimyojin Dakiden.
その後、平城（へいぜい）天皇の勅願寺（ごがんじ）となり、天文24年（1555年）に泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）山内（やまのうち）に移されました。
It became the Imperial Temple of Emperor Heisei and was moved to Sennyuji Yamauchi in the 24th year of Tenmon (1555).
現在の本堂（祥空殿）は、1971年にばんだい号墜落事故の遺族の寄進により建立され、航空殉難者の慰霊と事故の絶無を祈願しています。
The current main hall was built in 1971 with a donation from the families of the victims of the Bandai crash, and is a memorial to the aviation martyrs and a prayer for the end of the accident.
また、1972年には作庭家の重森三玲（しげもり-みれい）によって池泉（ちせん）庭園遊仙苑（ゆうせん-えん）も造られました。
In 1972, gardener Mirei Shigemori also created the Chisen Garden and Yusen-en.
善能寺（ぜんのうじ）へのアクセス情報は、京都市営バスの泉涌寺道バス停から徒歩約10分です2。お訪ねいただく際には、ぜひ楽しい時間を過ごしてください！🌸
Access information to Zennoji Temple is about a 10-minute walk from the Senjoji-michi bus stop of the Kyoto Municipal Bus2. We hope you will have a good time when you visit!

東福寺駅から歩いて1５分足らず、泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）の参道 泉涌寺道（せんにゅじ-どう）を上がって行くと途中で左手に行く砂利道があり、その先に標識が立っていました。境内（けいだい）に入って行ったのですが、無人の寺院でお堂が立つだけとなっていました。
Less than 15 minutes on foot from Tofukuji Station, there was a gravel road to the left on the way up the approach road to Sennyuji Temple, and there was a sign at the end of it. I went into the temple grounds, but it was an uninhabited temple with only a hall.
泉涌寺（せんにゅじ）の塔頭（たっちゅう）の中でも最も観光客が少ないと思われるところなので、ゆっくりと拝観できるし、無料と言うのもありがたいです。
It is considered to be the least visited by tourists in Sennyuji Temple, so you can visit it slowly, and I am grateful that it is free.
なお、ここは、通常は無人になっていて、洛陽三十三所観音の納経（のう‐きょう）は泉涌寺の本坊で行われていますので、納経（のう‐きょう）者は間違いのないようにしましょう。
It is usually uninhabited, and the Nasutra of the 33 Guanyin in Luoyang is performed in the main temple of Quanchung Temple, so make sure that the Nasutra is not mistaken.
