車折神社（くるまざきじんじゃ）嵐山頓宮（あらしやまとんぐう）は、渡月橋の近くにあり、赤い鳥居と社殿が特徴的です。この神社は芸能の神様としても知られており、多くの芸能人が参拝に訪れます。
Kurumazaki Shrine Arashiyama Tongu is located near the Togetsu Bridge and features a red torii gate and a shrine. This shrine is also known as the god of the performing arts, and many celebrities visit to worship.
頓宮（とんぐう）とは「にわかに造った仮の宮殿」という意味で、車折神社（くるまざきじんじゃ）の別宮にあたります。毎年5月の第3日曜日には三船祭が行われ、平安絵巻が見られる例祭です。
Tongu means “temporary palace built in a hurry” and is a separate shrine of Kurumazaki Jinja. Every year on the third Sunday of May, the Mifune Festival is held, and it is an annual festival where you can see Heian picture scrolls.
