本尊は一光三尊（いっこうさんぞん）阿弥陀如来で、浄土宗の特別寺院でもあります。

この尼寺は通常非公開ですが、特別公開の際には「戒壇巡りと一初鑑賞会」（かいだんめぐりといちはつかんしょうかい）と称して、アヤメ科のイチハツの花の見頃に合わせて公開されています。
This nunnery is usually closed to the public, but when it is open to the public, it is called Kaidanmeguri and Ichihatsu kanshokai, and it is open to the public to coincide with the peak of the flowers of the iris family.
本堂では一光三尊（いっこうさんぞん）阿弥陀如来像を安置し、本堂脇の階段を下りて「戒壇巡り」ができるようになっています。
In the main hall, the statue of Amitabha is enshrined, and you can go down the stairs on the side of the main hall to do a “Kaidanmeguri”.

御朱印：得浄明院では、一光三尊阿弥陀如来の御朱印をいただけます。また、本堂内には他の御朱印も多く授与されており、幅広い種類が用意されています。
見どころ：得浄明院は一初の花咲くお庭や結縁のお戒檀巡りがあります。また、信州善光寺大本願の京都別院として、歴史的な価値もあります
参拝時間：古全９時から午後５時、拝観料は３００円(特別拝観の場合は５００円)、御朱印もいただける場所として知られています。
