【再調査】山陽電車・月見山駅について、探偵1日料金を３時間調査39.800円（当社料金）と仮定して再調査します。なぜ再調査するかというと、前回（2022.10.15）の３時間調査では時間が足らなかったからです。あまりそういうことは無いのですが、気がかりだったので再調査することにしました。
[Reinvestigation] We will reinvestigate Sanyo Electric Railway Tsukimiyama Station, assuming a one-day detective fee of 39.800 yen (our company fee) for 3 hours. The reason why I am re-surveying is because the previous (2022.10.15) 3-hour survey was not enough time. I don’t think so, but I was curious, so I decided to re-investigate.

調査ポイント（月見山駅）
月見山駅の所在地は、兵庫県神戸市須磨区月見山町２丁目２です。大阪梅田駅から姫路行きの直通特急（阪神電車）の最後部車両に乗車したのだが、月見山駅の改札は姫路寄りに位置するため、下車したら端から端まで歩かないといけません。もし、大阪梅田方面から来られる場合は前方の車両に乗車された方が改札に近い。特にお年寄りやお子様連れにはおすすめです。
Tsukimiyama Station is located at 2-2 Tsukimiyamacho, Suma Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. I took the last car of the direct limited express (Hanshin Electric Railway) bound for Himeji from Osaka Umeda Station, but the ticket gate at Tsukimiyama Station is located near Himeji, so I had to walk from end to end after getting off. If you are coming from the direction of Umeda, Osaka, it is closer to the ticket gate if you take the car ahead. Especially recommended for the elderly and children.

The ticket gate is for Osaka
大阪梅田方面から来られた場合は、構内の踏切を渡って大阪梅田方面のホームにある改札を出ないといけない。お子様連れの場合はお子さんの手をつないで渡ってもらいたい。お年寄りの方は足元に十分注意して渡ってもらいたい。
If you are coming from the Osaka Umeda area, you must cross the railroad crossing on the premises and exit the ticket gate on the platform for the Osaka Umeda area. If you have children with you, please hold their hands while crossing the bridge. Elderly people should watch their step when crossing.

大阪梅田駅へ行かれる方は、前方付近の車両に乗車しましょう。そうでないと、大阪梅田駅に下りてから改札までかなり歩かないといけないからです。
If you are going to Osaka-Umeda Station, get on the car near the front. Otherwise, you will have to walk quite a bit from getting off at Osaka Umeda Station to the ticket gate.

須磨離宮公園へは、月見山駅の改札を出たら右方向（山手）へ進みましょう。勾配が少しあるのでハイヒールや革靴ではなくて、スニーカーなどの歩きやすい靴がおすすめです。
To get to Suma Rikyu Park, turn right (Yamate) after exiting the ticket gates at Tsukimiyama Station. There is a slight slope, so it is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers instead of high heels or leather shoes.

前回（2022.10.15）の３時間調査では、無法駐輪がないとわかっていました。再調査した結果、駅から右手の方向へ少し行ったところに駐輪場があることがわかりました。驚いたことに「無料」の駐輪場でした。さらに、原付バイクも無料でので驚きました。
In the previous 3-hour survey (2022.10.15), we knew that there was no illegal parking. As a result of re-examination, I found that there is a bicycle parking lot a little further to the right from the station. To my surprise, it was a “free” bicycle parking lot. In addition, I was surprised that the moped bike was also free.

調査報告書（月見山）
【再調査】報告をいたします。前回の調査（2022.10.15）では抜け落ちていたポイントがあったことがわかりました。前回と同様、３時間調査と仮定して調査してきました。前回では気がつかなかった点が、再調査することで明確になってくるわけです。
[Reinvestigation] I will report. It turns out that there was a missing point in the previous survey (2022.10.15). As with the last time, we have investigated assuming a 3-hour investigation. Points that I didn’t notice last time will become clear by re-investigating.
歩いて駅を利用する人もいるが自転車やバイクでやって来る人もいるだろうと思い、人の動きに注視したわけである。するとまず、月見山駅の前を通った自転車が山手の方向へ行くのを見た。そのあと、行ったところを確認すると、そこは「駐輪場」でした。
Some people use the station on foot, but I thought that there would be people coming by bicycle or motorcycle, so I paid close attention to people’s movements. The first thing I saw was a bicycle passing in front of Tsukimiyama Station heading toward Yamate. After that, when I checked where I went, it was a “bicycle parking lot”.
ショッピングセンターは2件だと思っていたら、良く見ると「COOP」があったわけである。とういうことで、食料品や日用品の買い物には非常に便利だということがわかりました。そして、朝早くから営業されているようで地元のお客さんがお買い物をされておりました。
I thought there were two shopping centers, but when I looked closely, there was “COOP”. So, I found it very convenient for shopping for groceries and daily necessities. And it seemed to be open early in the morning, and local customers were shopping.
銀行は3軒あるのでお金の出し入れには困らない。あとは、コンビニがあれば休日や深夜でも困らないと思いながら、コンビニは無いかと探していたらローソンを見つけました。ショッピングセンターは深夜は営業されていないわけだから、やはり、24時間営業で年中無休のコンビニがあるのと無いのとでは安心感が違ってくる。
There are 3 banks, so you don’t have to worry about withdrawing money. After that, I found Lawson when I was looking for a convenience store, thinking that if there was a convenience store, I wouldn’t be bothered even on weekends or late at night. Since shopping centers are not open late at night, the sense of security is different if there is a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
前回（2022.10.15）の調査結果と、そして今回（2022.11,03）の再調査結果によって、月見山で生活する上にあたり、昼夜問わず、また１年中、快適に過ごせることがわかりました。ありがとうございました。
Based on the results of the previous survey (October 15, 2022) and the re-survey results of this time (November 03, 2022), we found that living on Mt. Tsukimi is comfortable day and night, and all year round.
