市営地下鉄の今出川駅、京阪の出町柳駅などが最寄り駅。今出川駅からは徒歩10分くらいで今出川キャンパスに着く。隣には同志社大学もあり、朝は駅から歩いてくる人で人通りが絶えない。

The nearest stations are Imadegawa Station on the municipal subway and Demachiyanagi Station on Keihan. From Imadegawa Station, it takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the Imadegawa Campus. There is also Doshisha University next door, and in the morning there is a constant flow of people walking from the station.

向かいには御所があり、今出川御門はすぐそばにある。気分転換に訪れるのもよし。近くには相国寺（しょうこくじ）もあり、京都らしさを感じられる素晴らしい立地。

There is a palace across the street, and the Imadegawa gate is just around the corner. It’s also a good place to visit for a change of pace. There is also Shokokuji nearby, and it is a wonderful location where you can feel the uniqueness of Kyoto.
