京都文化博物館: 明治時代に建てられたレンガ造りの建物で、旧日本銀行京都支店だった建物です。
三条会商店街: 京都最大のアーケード商店街で、地元密着型のショッピングエリアです。

古川町商店街は、京都市街の西側にある地元の商店街です。錦や寺町、新京極の商店街とは異なり、お土産店はありません。色々な店があり普段着の京都が満喫できます。中程には、京都らしく八坂神社もあります。西側は千本三条なので、JR二条駅にも近いです。

Furukawamachi Shopping Street is a local shopping street located on the west side of downtown Kyoto. Unlike the shopping streets of Nishiki, Teramachi, and Shinkyogoku, there are no souvenir shops. There are various shops and you can enjoy Kyoto in everyday clothes. In the middle, there is also Yasaka Shrine, which is typical of Kyoto. The west side is Senbon Sanjo, so it is close to JR Nijo Station.

普段使いの商店街です。最近お洒落なお店も増えてきました、世代交代を感じます。シャッター街が多くなってきている昨今では、比較的活気のある商店街だと思います。

It is a shopping street for everyday use. Recently, the number of fashionable shops has increased, and I feel that there is a generational change. Nowadays, the number of shuttered streets is increasing, and I think it is a relatively lively shopping street.

地元密着型の商店街ですが、古い町屋を生かした雑貨屋さんや、ドーナツのお店などちょっとしゃれたお店もあって、歩いていても、楽しい、魅力がある商店街でした。次回は時間を取ってもっとじっくりお店を見て回りたいと思いました。

It is a shopping street that is closely related to the local area, but there are also general stores that make use of old townhouses and a little stylish shops such as donut shops, so it was a fun and attractive shopping street even if you were walking. Next time, I would like to take the time to look around the store more thoroughly.
