御所八幡宮（ごしょ-はちまんぐう）は、主祭神は応神天皇（おうじんてんのう）、神功皇后（じんぐうこうごう）、比売神（ひめがみ）の三柱です。この神社は、もともと御池通の西南角に位置していましたが、太平洋戦争中の強制疎開により現在の場所に移転しました。
The main deities of Gosho Hachimangu are Emperor Ojin, Empress Jingu, and Himegami. This shrine was originally located in the southwest corner of Oike-dori, but was moved to its current location due to forced evacuation during the Pacific War.
御所八幡宮（ごしょ-はちまんぐう）は「虫八幡（むし-はちまん）」とも呼ばれ、特に安産と幼児の守り神として有名です。毎週金曜日には「おもしろ市」と名付けられた露天市が開催され、古着や古道具が販売されています。
Gosho Hachimangu is also known as “Insect Hachiman” and is especially famous as the guardian deity of safe childbirth and infants. Every Friday, an open-air market named “Fun Market” is held, where used clothes and tools are sold.

The charm of Gosho Hachimangu lies in its history and culture. First of all, the three main deities of the festival, Emperor Ojin, Empress Jingu, and Himegami, are enshrined, and they are especially worshipped as guardians of safe childbirth and infants. It is also called “Mushi-Hachiman” and is said to have the benefit of sealing insects.
