大阪駅を再調査してきましたのでご報告いたします。前回（2022.9.11）の調査では、大阪駅の構内やホームについて抜け落ちておりました。よって、探偵1日料金を３時間調査39.800円（当社料金）と仮定して再調査してきましたので報告します。
I have re-investigated Osaka station, so I will report it. In the previous survey (2022.9.11), the premises and platforms of Osaka Station were omitted. Therefore, we have re-investigated assuming that the detective’s daily fee is 39.800 yen (our company’s fee) for 3 hours, so we will report it.
大阪駅の所在地は、大阪市北区梅田３丁目１−１です。大阪駅の各ホームはいろいろ分かれていて、何度利用しても直ぐにはわかりづらいです。なので各ホームは、どの方面に行く電車なのかを調査してきましたので参考にしてください。
Osaka Station is located at 3-1-1 Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka City. Each platform at Osaka Station is divided into various areas, and it is difficult to find the right one no matter how many times you use it. So, I have researched which direction the train goes to on each platform, so please refer to it.

調査ポイント（大阪駅）
大阪駅の中央南口です。こちらの改札から入場して説明していきます。中央南口前には大阪シティバス乗り場があります。その南側には阪神百貨店があります。
Central South Exit of Osaka Station. I will explain after entering from this ticket gate. There is an Osaka city bus stop in front of the central south exit. Hanshin Department Store is located on the south side of it.

大阪駅の改札口は、中央北口と中央南口、御堂筋南口、桜橋口とに分かれています。中央北口は、高速バス乗り場とグランフロント、ヨドバシカメラへと通じております。
The ticket gates at Osaka Station are divided into Central North Exit, Central South Exit, Midosuji South Exit, and Sakurabashi Exit. The Central North Exit leads to the highway bus stop, Grand Front, and Yodobashi Camera.
中央南口は、地下鉄御堂筋線と谷町線、阪急電車、阪神電車、阪急百貨店、阪神百貨店へ通じています。また、エキマルシェ大阪というモールにも通じています。
The central south exit leads to the subway Midosuji Line and Tanimachi Line, Hankyu Railway, Hanshin Railway, Hankyu Department Store, and Hanshin Department Store. It also leads to a mall called Eki Marche Osaka.

駅舎は、3階建てになっています。どなたの考案かは知りませんが、ピーク時の混雑を和らげるための工夫でしょう。混雑時はエスカレーターで上の階を通って行けば、混雑を回避して改札まで行けます。ただし、大阪駅を良く利用している方は慣れてると思いますが、はじめての方が上の階へ行くと迷子になってしまいます。
The station building has three floors. I don’t know who invented it, but it’s probably a device to relieve congestion during peak hours. When it is crowded, you can avoid congestion and go to the ticket gate by going upstairs using the escalator. However, if you are familiar with Osaka Station, you may get lost if you go upstairs for the first time.

1番乗り場（大阪環状線の内回り）：西九条、新今宮、天王寺、ユニバーサルスタジオ、奈良、関西空港、和歌山方面です。

２番乗り場（大阪環状線の外回り ：京橋、桜ノ宮、森之宮、玉造、鶴橋、桃谷方面です。
Platform 2 (outer loop of the Osaka Loop Line: Kyobashi, Sakuranomiya, Morinomiya, Tamatsukuri, Tsuruhashi, Momodani.
３番・４番
JR宝塚線：宝塚、三田、城崎温泉、鳥取、倉吉方面です。
JR Takarazuka Line: For Takarazuka, Mita, Kinosaki Onsen, Tottori, and Kurayoshi.
JR神戸線：三宮、西明石、姫路方面です。
JR Kobe Line: Sannomiya, Nishiakashi, and Himeji.

調査報告書（大阪駅）
大阪駅を再調査してきましたのでご報告いたします。複雑極まりない大阪駅へと進化しました。ホームは1階に集中してるわけなのですが、なぜか、駅舎が３階建てになって紛らわしいことになっています。はじめて大阪駅を利用される方は参考にしてください。
I have re-investigated Osaka station, so I will report it. It has evolved into an extremely complex Osaka station. The platforms are concentrated on the first floor, but for some reason, the station building has three floors, making it confusing. If you are using Osaka station for the first time, please refer to it.
最初に説明しましたが、駅舎が高層化になってしまった理由はピーク時の混雑を回避するためと、大阪駅の北側にある高速バス乗り場やグランフロント、ヨドバシカメラへと誘導するためです。それと、近い将来は北エリアが開発されるからです。
As I explained at the beginning, the reason why the station building has become a high-rise building is to avoid congestion during peak hours and to guide people to the express bus stop, Grand Front, and Yodobashi Camera on the north side of Osaka Station. Also, the northern area will be developed in the near future.
コンコースのエスカレーターは便利だし、楽だと思って乗ってしまいがちです。しかし、写真のようにジグザグになっていて、上層階に上がるほど方角がわからなくなってしまいます。観光気分で、上から景色を見たいと思われる方はチャレンジされてもいいでしょう。
Concourse escalators are convenient and easy, so people tend to ride them. However, as you can see in the photo, it’s zigzag, and the higher you go, the more difficult it becomes to find your way. If you are in the mood for sightseeing and want to see the scenery from above, you may want to challenge yourself.
しかし、年配の方やお子様連れの奥さんは、上層階には上がらずに１階の連絡通路を利用するようにしましょう。なぜなら、エスカレーターは危ないですし、上層階に上がってもいずれは１階にある改札を利用するために下りて来ないといけないからです。かえって遠回りになるからです。ありがとうございました。
However, elderly people and wives with children should use the connecting passageway on the first floor instead of going up to the upper floors. Because escalators are dangerous, and even if you go up to the upper floors, you have to come down to use the ticket gates on the first floor. Because it will be a long way around.
